How to use
You find Klara in the Workflow Editor of your instance.
- Open Klara: After creating a new workflow, the AI chat interface appears in the Workflow Designer on the left side
- Describe Your Workflow: Klara prompts you with targeted questions about your workflow requirements:
- What is the purpose of your workflow?
- Which roles are involved?
- What data and external systems are needed?
- What are the key steps and decision points?
- Answer the Questions: Provide your answers in natural language. Klara remembers your responses, so you can refine them if you want to regenerate the workflow later
- Generate Workflow: After answering all questions, Klara automatically generates your workflow structure
- Retry if Needed: If the generation encounters an issue or you’re not satisfied with the result, use the retry button to regenerate the workflow with the same or modified answers
- Review and Refine: Klara generates a comprehensive workflow structure that you can then manually edit and customize as needed

Vacation Request
Answer 1
The workflow is designed to streamline the approval process for vacation requests
Answer question 2:
Employee: Requests a vacation Supervisor: Approves or declines the vacation request Back Office: Sets an entry in the company wide vacation calendar

The date of the vacation (from - to)

The available vacation contingent should be read from the HR System. In case of an Approval the vacation should be inserted to the HR system.
Answer question 5:
1.) The employee creates a vacation request. 2.) The request is checked against the available contingent. 3.) If the employee does not have enough vacation left, he can edit the request, else the Supervisor decides to approve or decline the request. 4.) In case of the approval, the vacation request is send to the HR System and back office should get a task to add the vacation to the group wide vacation calendar
