And because we are talking about enterprise grade: Anna works very closely with Ingo to integrate your application with your business data.

You can call Anna in whenever you have a rough idea about an application — use her for prototyping and developing requirements and later turn those results into real productive use-cases. Anna offers two options for building with her, and they are made for very different target groups:

Option 1 — External AI Agent Support: Anna runs in your own AI development environment, as an external app building agent. This option is built for AI Pro Developers.
Option 2 — Simplifier Application Editor: You chat with Anna directly in the Simplifier Application Editor. This option is built for everyone — from beginners to experts.

Option 1 — External AI Agent: Made for AI Pro Developers

Using Anna as an external app building agent gives you maximum control over the development process, the models, and the environment — but it also requires real development skills. Choosing this option only makes sense if your team is (or is becoming) a team of AI Pro Developers.

If you have vibe coding experience, this is the easiest way to start: Anna works with any model in any environment, and her skills and definitions are checked out via git within Simplifier.

Who is an AI Pro Developer?

An AI Pro Developer is someone who develops professionally with AI-assisted tooling in a classic developer environment. Typical skills are:

Terminal & CLI proficiency — comfortable working in a command line, running installers (npx, npm, pipx), and navigating a project folder fluently.
Local development environment — Node.js, Git, and package managers are part of everyday work; errors in the toolchain are handled independently.
Agent configuration — can set up and maintain coding agents such as Claude Code or OpenCode, including slash commands, AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md, and model selection.
MCP knowledge — understands the Model Context Protocol and can register and configure MCP servers (e.g. claude mcp add or .opencode/opencode.json) and keep entries and tokens up to date.
Git workflows — cloning the Simplifier Git repository, committing, branching, merging, and pushing back the App Editor without losing work.
Vibe coding / prompt engineering — writing precise prompts and requirements, iterating on results, and reviewing AI-generated code with a critical eye.
Model & API management — selecting models (e.g. Opus/Sonnet), handling API keys, and tracking cost and usage.

Recommendation: Use Option 1 — External AI Agent only if you have exactly these skills — or consciously develop them (see the setup guides for Claude Code or OpenCode). For everyone else, Option 2 is the better choice.

Option 2 — Simplifier Application Editor (for Everyone from Beginner to Expert)

Option 2 is Anna directly inside the Simplifier Application Editor. No local AI setup, no models, no configuration files, no token management — Anna runs in the Simplifier platform as plug and play, no setup required. This delivers the same power as Option 1, but without the complexity.

You give Anna your requirements directly in the editor. She guides you through the process while building the user interface live, with a real-time preview — instant results, instead of watching code being generated in an external environment. The additional AI subscription covers the AI cost; everything else — rights, roles, authentication, and the Change history — is handled by Simplifier automatically, giving you full transparency into how the application evolves.

With this option, Anna works for everyone — from the first click, without any technical hurdles. Especially recommended for teams working directly in the Simplifier platform:

Beginners & Citizen Developers — no technical prerequisites, no command line, no Git. You describe what you need and Anna builds it for you.
Business Analysts & Key Users — create prototypes and requirements directly on Simplifier, without waiting for IT.
Domain Experts & Consultants — build productive Fiori applications for your lines of business within hours instead of weeks.
