Update your Profile

Update your profile by simply opening the context menu in Simplifier Launchpad by clicking your username and select ‘My Profile’.

Update your data

Edit your data directly in your User Profile. Press ‘Save’ button to store your changes.

If your login bases on Single-Sign-On services like Microsoft Entra ID or LDAP/AD service, your changes might get overwritten on login, depending on the data sync your admin has configured.

Update your preferred language

Set your preferred language. Currently this setting is used by our Launchpad and Workflow-Inbox.

If Simplifier User Profile, Launchpad or Workflows to your tasks are not provided in your preferred language, they are shown in the configured default language.

Update your profile picture

Upload a picture that will be used as an Avatar throughout Simplifier. This picture can also be used as Avatar within Applications.

Change your password

Regular update your password for security reasons. To set a new password press the ‘Security’ tab, enter your new password twice and save.

Changing your password effects only users, that were created manually within your Simplifier. Passwords to Users automatically generated on authentication via Single-Sign-On services like Simplifier MyId or Microsoft Entra ID have to be changed there. In this case changing your password will return a success message but not change your password.

Activating the MFA function affects your login to Simplifier Admin Dashboard only. MFA is not used within Launchpad and Applications

Change analytics consent

You can change our consent settings on tracking personal data within the Admin Dashboard by pressing the ‘Change settings’ button. This opens the consent banner where you can decide to give or decline consent on tracking your data.
