You are only able to login to our support portal, if you have a Simplifier MyID account, that is marked as support user.

The person responsible for Simplifier can manage the support users for your company. please contact them to get a user if required.

To login click the login button on the right top corner. You will be directed to the login page. Choose the option “Are you a customer? Login here” to login with your Simplifier MyID account.
