User Authentication Required: Workflows cannot be started from anonymous apps (apps where no user is logged in). A logged-in user session is required to start workflow instances.
Workflow Configuration Activities
The following workflow activities are available within process designer
This activity starts a new instance of an existing workflow model.
To transfer data from the app, you can set input mappings to prefill the workflow model global variables.
Start Workflow
To start a workflow simple drag & drop the workflow activity “start workflow” from the right side into an existing user story.
Transfer Data
To prefill globalworkflow variables from the app, you can configure the input mapping on the start workflow activity
