Before you start the creation of a new apps, make sure you walk through the following steps to prepare your backlog and reduce your risks.
Sprint 0 - Steps
| Step | Description |
| Requirement Engineering | The project requirements are recorded as user stories together with the customer and then published on a central backlog. |
| FIT GAP Analysis | Based on the backlog, the user stories will be compared against existing modules, connectors or other functionality to estimate the delta. |
| Cost Estimation | The delta stories will be estimated by scrum team and segmented into number of Sprints. |
| Simplifier Setup (optional) | The Installation Simplifier (onPremise / Cloud) will be done and also the configuration of the infrastructure ( for e.g. reverse proxy, firewall) |
| Backend Readiness Check | To avoid technical risk within app building , the configuration of interface endpoints (connector) testing of existing interfaces and data check is mandatory. |
| Schedule | Creation of a project plan consider the amount of sprints, workdays, team sizing and cutover/go-live as well as support enabling. |
