To map attributes from external authentication systems, activate the toggle Activate External Attribute Synchronization.
It is possible to control which attribute of the external user profile should be assigned to the Simplifier user.
User Attribute | Describes the key under which the external attribute is assigned to the Simplifier user. |
Category | Name of the User Attribute Category for e.g. Company Data for the Simplifier User Attributes |
Profile Attribute or path | Describes the value which should be taken from the external user profile. Should the checkbox be enabled, then the provided value will be used as the value for the Simplifier user attribute. |
Rule path | The path to the value, which resides in the retrieved profile from the external authentication mechanism. |
Condition Rule | The condition rule, which will be used for the comparision of the provided condition value against the value located in the provided rule path. |
Condition Value | The condition value describes the attribute value, which must be available in the profile attribute in order to perform the matching operation to map the defined attribute to the Simplifier user |
If the external user profile does not possess an entry for the provided attribute, then no attribute will be assigned to the Simplifier user. Already existing attributes under names, which are not defined in the table are not affected.
Besides the automatically sync options, you can define fixed values under the group default attributes
