What is mobile Task Handling?
Simplifier Workflows provide a feature called User Task. A User Task gives the assigned Group or User a certain doing like a decision or filling out a request for e.g. travel expenses. or invoice submission.
To work with the task, you can use this documentation for consuming this task on a mobile device or you can use the Launchpad Task Inbox here.
Prerequisites
To open the task inbox, a few prerequisites should be fulfilled
- You have to login into the Simplifier Mobile Client
- The Simplifier Server instance should be running with the workflow-runtime module, otherwise, you will see no task inbox on your mobile device.
View open Task
To view open tasks waiting for processing, click on the Task Button at the bottom.
The Simplifier Mobile Task Inbox offers Quickfilter to get pretty fast to corresponding tasks
| Filter | Description |
| Open | Shows Tasks that are not completed and assigned to a belonged group or directly to the currently logged-in user |
| Mine | Shows Task claimed by the currently logged-in user |
| Unclaimed | Shows Task that are currently not claimed by anyone but assigned to a belonged group or the currently logged-in. user |
| Finished | Shows Tasks that are already completed |
Work with a task
Pressing on the line item of the corresponding task opens the task details. Therefore it is possible to claim and/or finish the task by setting an outcome.
