Reading information from SAP should be no problem in our experience because they are allowed for all kinds of applications.

If your use case has to write data back into sap, there are 2 solutions:

• If you build internal apps and workflows with existing SAP licenses and personal users, you should setup single-sign-on scenarios with Simplifier to avoid indirect usage.
• If you have to build apps and workflows for external users without a SAP username, you might buy “Digital Access” SAP License

Each created User requires an Email Address. The Domain Name of the Email like @simplifier.io will be written into the Simplifier License Model.

Each License can be configured with several Domain Names for

• Internal Users (Employees of the License Holder)
• External Users (Users outside the Organization)

Internal and External Users are limited or unlimited according to your License Contract.

If a new User is created, Simplifier checks the Domain Name of the user’s Email Address and validates it against the Limits within the License.

If the user count is higher than the Limit, the User cannot be created.
