we offer a cloud service that requires an high amount of additional resources for complex algorithms like compute and gpu power on demand.
These resources depend on certain cloud functions and GenAI Models that Simplifier has to pay for based on transactions and usage.
As a Customer, you can benefit from these services and pay only for usage—this is very fair pricing and covers our operational and maintenance costs.
To subscribe to Simplifier Cloud Service follow the Steps:
- Login into Makers Club
- Go to the Marketplace Subscription and subscribe to each Service
- Refresh your License if you subscribe for the first time
No you only pay what you use . At the End of the Month, you get an email where you can pay the actual invoice.
We don’t persist any kind of your translation data within our extended Simplifier Cloud.
Subscription Activation
If you buy a subscription, we store the following collected data within the European Union (EU):
- First Name of the Buyer
- Last Name of the Buyer
- Emailaddress of the Buyer
- Billing Address (Company Name, Street, Housenumber, ZIP Code, City)
- Billing Email
- Payment Information (Credit Card, SEPA, Paypal Account)
Usage
Each Usage contains the
- Amount of Usage
- Timestamp
For Audit Purposes, we collect:
- Instance Name of the calling Simplifier Instance
- Simplifier Username who requested this service
This data will be collected by our Sub Processor, Chargebee Inc

You need to have an active Simplifier Subscription and an assigned Customer Number within your MyID Account, otherwise, we cannot process the Contract.
