Simplifier Build Agents like Anna are AI-assisted development agents that support building applications on the Simplifier platform. They are not designed for any of the high-risk use cases listed in Annex III of the EU AI Act and are not used for any prohibited practice.

Simplifier staff has no routine access to your data. Access only happens for support and troubleshooting on your explicit request, limited to what is necessary, and under our Data Processing Agreement. In the Simplifier Cloud, data is encrypted at rest; on-premise your data never leaves your network at all.
All session data – prompts, files (assets) and context information – is only stored locally on your Simplifier instance (on-premise: your infrastructure; Simplifier Cloud: encrypted at rest in the EU). The model provider retains nothing.
Retention and deletion follow your Simplifier instance settings: you control how long session data is kept and can delete it at any time using the standard Simplifier mechanisms.

The model providers act as sub-processors and are contractually bound by data processing agreements including zero data retention – requests are processed transiently to generate the answer and are not stored, logged or used for training by the provider.
