If you using the Autogin Feature, your login credentials like

• Password

are stored in the encrypted key store of the mobile operating system.

If you don’t use the autologin feature, only the simplifier token will be temporary  stored in the cache, but deleted after login out.

To improve our Low Code Platform Simplifier, we store the following anonymous data on our data lake

• Used Mobile Action like Camera
• IP Address (masked according to GDPR)
• Geolocation

To feed our Performance Monitoring, we collect the following data per user session:

• Login Event with Timestamp
• Username
• Appname (if available)
• Jobname (if available)
• Name of the Connector Call or Business Object Call or Template Name or Email Send Function or Plugin Call which is executed by Application or Workflow (if available)
• Execution Time of the specific Artefact
• Logout Event with Timestamp

The collected data stored in the operation environment of the customer in the simplifier database.

We don’t collect this data centrally on simplifier side or by third-party provider.

Simplifier collects data on feature usage to improve the product. The following data is tracked:

• Action and Asset name
• URL
• Browser information
• OS
• Screen resolution
• current user’s email (if consent is given)

The initial consent can be changed by the user in its User Details.
