The process is built with Simplifier’s new feature, the workflow engine. The workflow engine is a comfortable tool to design consecutive tasks that involve interactions between multiple user groups.   • Submitting an idea with all the relevant data and Image Upload to the decision maker. 
  • Workflow: the interaction between the employees, supervisors and accounting is implemented with Simplifier’s workflow engine, which makes it easy to build processes and monitor their execution 
  • Email and Notification: inform employees about new tasks using automatic notifications 

Instructions:

  • Create the user groups Idea_Supervisor, Idea_Management and Idea_Accounting.
  • Assign yourself the role Project Manager in the SF_IdeaManagement project.
