The Idea Management Template app is designed to digitalize the process of submitting and approve ideas to optimize company operations. The process is built with Simplifier’s new feature, the workflow engine. The workflow engine is a comfortable tool to design consecutive tasks that involve interactions between multiple user groups. Mapping the process of submitting, approving and declining ideas submissions to a digital workflow reduces communication time between employees and their supervisors. 

Key Features:  

  • Submitting an idea with all the relevant data and Image Upload to the decision maker. 
  • Workflow: the interaction between the employees, supervisors and accounting is implemented with Simplifier’s workflow engine, which makes it easy to build processes and monitor their execution 
  • Email and Notification: inform employees about new tasks using automatic notifications 


  • Create the user groups Idea_Supervisor, Idea_Management and Idea_Accounting.
  • Assign yourself the role Project Manager in the SF_IdeaManagement project.
