we tried to implement the WebSocket connection thorough script and connector as it was mentioned in the community document but still we are getting the same error “upgrade required”.
can you provide the solution how to connect to WebSocket?
similar as in my reply regarding your posting regarding integration of PostgreSQL, I want to point out the possibility for you to create a support ticket in our dedicated portal. Your question seems to be very use case-specific and based on the information you’ve shared with us, it’s hard to actually understand what you are trying to achieve in your application. Also, you’re refering to some document from our Community (I assume you mean from our Docs?) but you didn’t provide a link to look up the same. Please be aware that the feature of calling connectors via script got removed from Simplifier with release 7.0 (as explained in the respective release notes), so this might as well be the cause of the error that you are getting.
