Set widget property panels expanded as default in Simplifier 6.5

        Hi Simplifier,

        in Simplifier’s UI Designer the widget property categories are combined with panels. Before 6.5 these panels where expanded by default. Now in 6.5 I have to expand these panels every time before I can edit a certain property. The panels will not stay expanded after I click on the next widget.

        For me this produces to many unnecessary clicks. Why not store the expanded state in localStorage like you did with the WYSIWYG Editor expanded. Always clicking on these tiny expand icon is not cool.
