What can be the cause of it?

A 450 email error is typically a temporary routing issue on the receiving mail server’s end. Sometimes these are also Greylisting responses from the receiving mail server used to filter incoming mail.

You will receive this message for outgoing e-mails that are to be sent via your server if you have not activated SMTP authentication.

yes generally e-mail are working normally. It just happened 1 time. And now it seems it’s working fine, without any chances.
