we have changed the authentication method. To delete the old method, all users and any use of the old method must be removed.
We have done that.
The deletion is still not enabled.
Is there a way to display the dependencies?
you are correct, in order to be able to delete an authentication method from your instance, all linked users either need to be deleted beforehand or updated to another authentication method. Additionally, any references to that authentication method in other artifacts like login methods must be removed as well. Unfortunately, via the Simplifier UI it is currently not possible to check remaining dependencies of an authentication method, but it would be possible on database level, i.e. by running a suitable SQL query on Simplifier’s internal database schema. Should you require further support on that, please create a ticket in our Support Portal for the matter.
