    Hello, we still have this error, and it seems that the create new ticket URL is broken.

    The error occurs on iOS 15.6.1 (Safari 15, Chrome Version 109.0.5414.112), but also on on iOS 16.xx.

    We use Simplifier v. 6.5.153-LTS.1008 and OpenUI5  1.7.1
