    To add a Margin to your Widget you can use the Predefined CSS Classes from UI5.

    Hello Klaus,

    you already mentioned the solution a try catch block.

    No idea what you did wrong but for me it works.

    Like you can see my sql insert will always throw an error because i have a duplicate.

    In my Business Object im using a try catch block to catch the error and create a simplifier log entry.

    Hello Klaus,

    it is possible by using a rest connector and the simplifier userinterface api but be prepared the userinterface api is not protected for changes in futher simplifier versions.

    You can check the api with the following url.

    https://<your-instance>/UserInterface/api-docs/

    Hello Klaus,

    like you did will not work because the : param adds a type specification like ‘ for strings

    if you want to create a complete dynamic select you can fill the request parameter with a business object and create the select there.

    Hello,

    you can’t use a widget as input parameter.

    You have to define a input parameter “id” and than you can use this parameter in your CBO to get the control with the function byId(“MyID”).

    In further Simplifier versions we will provide the id property of the widget to user this as input parameter.

    But for now this is the best way to go.

    Hello,

    because i don’t get were you have this lines of code i will post a full Documentation.

    First Create connector with connector call and test ist.

    Fine Works.

    So now we can go ahead to the Application.

    Works also Fine.

    The generated code if you won’t use the connector shape looks like this.

    var dataFortest_m002_test_customHeader = {};
    dataFortest_m002_test_customHeader['header'] = "someCoolCustomHeader";

    var cbFortest_m002_test_customHeader = function(data, optArg) {

    }

    this.callConnectorCall("test_m002", "test_customHeader", dataFortest_m002_test_customHeader, cbFortest_m002_test_customHeader, true, true, null);

    Reading the Head Params given back by the Service is not possible for now.

    Hello,

    i can’t see the issue but here is an example application where i’m using a sqlite datebase within my connector.

    perhaps this will help you to find out what the problem is.

    In the “createShoppingListItem” Call im using a structure to fill the parameters and in the “getShoppingListItemById” im using a single parameter.

    The best way to do this is like tg said.

    You can find an example of this in the Button Widget of the actual standard content.

    Hello,

    you need to use a custom javascript library like this one.

    https://manuelstofer.github.io/pinchzoom/

    I’ve created a little example application with this javascript library.

    https://files.simplifier.io/f/2b86ab860c36456f8ddd/?dl=1

    edit:

    you can also create a extended widget from the image widget where you add this pinch functionality in the after rendering.

    Hello Klaus,

    like you can see in my last screenshot im using the selectedItem.KEY_EXTERNAL.FUNCTLOCATION

    So i have access to the full structure behind my table item.

    And you can do the same and access the key field of your structure and give back this one instead of the name.
