    Hello simplifier community,

    I am having an issue while accessing my freemium instance today. It says : “Your Freemium instance has expired!”. Anyone please look into this and suggest any solution for this. Url for the instance : https://freemium-hj5e.simplifier.cloud/UserInterface/#

    Hi Shivam,

     

    normally your instance will only be shut down and you will be refered to the pricing site if you have been inactive for longer than 4 weeks, i.e. there has not been a single login on your instance. We apologize if your instance was shut down by mistake, however our administrators are informed to restart your instance and it should hopefully be available again in a matter of hours.
