Hi Armin,
Unfortunately, we have found that the deep link feature does not work as we would have expected. The fact that a deep link is only executed if a business app is not already running makes the feature pretty useless for us. I understand that the intention was to prevent app states from being overwritten in an uncontrolled manner, but simply letting the deep link fail is not acceptable. Why not include a simple message box, as is the case with workflow push notifications, asking the user if they want to exit the current application?
