Description

This App makes managing your receipts easy. It’s as simple as scanning the barcode of a sap purchase order, searching for the order id/number or look up a specific date.
On a smartphone, you can then easily take a photo of the bill/receipt and add it to each selected purchase item. On a desktop computer, you can upload and attach a document.
In the case of an error, it is possible to open a case to escalate the situation. This automatically sends an email with additional information to the escalation manager.

ITIZ_User	server-side	Uses the function “getCurrentUserWithProfileImage” to get the user information from current user without user metadata, initials and path to profile picture are added
ITIZ_Utilities	client-side	Uses the functions “GetSelectedListItem” and “GetSelectedListItem_globalVariable” returning the currently selected purchase order item after the user clicked on it. Uses the function “getCurrentDate” which returns the current date in the format ‘YYYY-MM-DD’. Uses the function “setArrayEmpty” which returns an empty array. Uses the function “Push” to add an item to goods movement item list.
SIMP_FileHelper	client-side	Uses the function “readFileByUrl” to get base64 encoded data from taken picture.
SAP_Wareneingang	server-side	Uses the function “getPObyDate” returning filtered items for a given date. Uses the function “sendEmail” to send an email.
