This Smart Maintenance Dashboard Application lets you easily get an overview of the current state of your machines.
It is possible to add any machine (Functional Location) that is available in the underlying SAP system.
The sensor values are obtained by a Connector retrieving the data from an OPC UA server.
Each monitored machine has a changeable minimum and maximum value threshold to identify malfunctions live.
Furthermore, you can individually customize a threshold for every machine which enables you to decide for yourself how many consecutive faulty values should amount to a real error.
If you want you can be notified with Desktop Notifications if the threshold for consecutive faulty values is exceeded.
The case of a currently ongoing transgression of the minimum or maximum threshold enables the option to create a malfunction report for the machine.
The detail page displays further information:
– The geographical and functional location of the machine in plain text and on an interactive map
– An overview of all the malfunction reports
– A collapsable tree of the machine structure
